    Something Bad is happening on Toondoo. here are the problems:

    1) Every one is getting spammed by someone. I don't know what the hell they are playin at but it better stop.

    2) There are Faults in the Toondoos. Speech is goin in the wrong directions. Speech colour is goin wonky as well as body positions. Backgrounds are dissapearing.

    3) The Search Box ain't working. No matter what me and DaDewd type in the search box, Nothing comed up. We are finding it hard to view the latest Toons of our fave Dooers.

    4) The Toondoos aren't saving. I've made a new Toon by the Name of Biker and it hasn't showed up under the Home Page, any tabs it was under, latest or My Toondoos.

    5) My Profile pick changed the other day and was frozen for a while until it canged into a Cute Boxing Mouse. I hated the other weird pic.

    I've Rebooted my Computer, logged off and on again a few times, even closed the program. The Problems aren't resolving. I sure hope that these problems are solved soon cos I want to live Toondoo normally and make quality Toons and View Quality Toons.

    The only thing changing on the Homepage is Comments and Forums.

    Hi All,

    Sorry that we had to give you trouble. ToonDoo ran into some icebergs on our way across the Atlantic, and we had to go underwater for a couple of hours.

    We are still having sporadic trouble, but rest assured, the worst is past. Our servers are on double-alert, and we will ensure you have a smooth ToonDoo experience from now on. 

    Like we described here, please remember that if you save a ToonDoo and it isn't visible yet in the site/homepage etc, don't panic. We have it all safe and happy. We just haven't "published" it with the robot for the world (and you) to see.

    Most of the problems that Brocalli has listed above are related to the trouble we ran into today.

    The other problems, I will respond to the here.

    Speech Direction, Speech Color, Background Disappearance -  We have fixed these rare but irritating bugs in our new release, coming up this weekend. Wait on!

    Spam, I have responded to it here, with my own suggestions for a solution.  

    Profile Pic Change - I am not at all sure how it happened. There is no way for this to have happened at our end. Programmatically impossible, so to speak. Could it be that you left your login session on, and some prank was played henceforth??

    And, thanks Brocalli for showing us this collected list. We know we aren't perfect, we are trying hard to do a good job. It really helps to have people like you who are true wellwishers wanting nothing but the best for ToonDoo and ToonDooers!

    We're still having to wait a long time to get toons saved to the bag.  Is the problem coming back?

    Thanks for the response toondude.

    I have had intermittent problems, the worst of which being that I get tot he 'curtain' but it never actually comes up. I have found that going back into the editor you can open up any toon I have made, so they are not completely lost.

    I also had the problem of disappearing toon characters but looking forward to the new and improved version - I get really cranky if I don't get my daily toondoo dose!

     

    Oh yes, and I always have a problem posting to this forum.  I always get the error message

    "Some problems were encountered
    There was a problem authenticating your post information."
     
    I have to press the "Add your comments" button again and then it usually works.

    Hi Nicole16yearold,

    If your toondoo is taking longer to save, it's probably because the publishing robot hasn't yet caught up with it.

    This does not happen very often, but if at all it does, do not close the creator window till you get the popup confirmation of your published toon. 

    Needless to say, we will not lose any of your toons, even if the robot takes a little longer to save them!
