    I want to upload some pictures to toondoo, but whenever it loads, it just shows a blank picture. and it treats this blank thing as if it were picture. Why wouldn't it be working? the file format is .jpg and when i try other photos it works perfect

    Can you send that picture to us please? Let us take a look and try and find out if it is something special about the picture that it is behaving thus.
