    a user named prngod has been making porno and i think this should be stoped, he has over one hundred porn clips and this should be stoped, and someone should get rid of these clips. WE NEED TO KEEP TOONDOO SAFE. these images are completly inapropriate, and could scar some of our younger users.

    Hi MonsterRancher,

    Thanks for bringing this up. We'd like to assure everyone that all such toons have not only been blocked by the Editors but also converted to 'private' toons so that they cannot be viewed by anybody but the user himself. 

    We completely agree with you about keeping ToonDoo a safe and fun place for all our users. In fact, we had recently announced our intention to ensure this with help from vigilant users like yourself. We've already received offers from helpful toondooers who want to volunteer and we're in the process of empowering them to do so. 

    We can and will collectively solve this problem just by being alert and responsible enough to flag down any content that seems inappropriate for younger toondooers.

    Thanks again, for being sensitive towards the younger audience and highlighting the need for resolving  this!

    If i may, i'd like to make a suggestion, on this matter. A self-rating system, could help. Xanga, for instance, has a self-rating system, that a blogger sets, prior to posting. With a similar option, ToonDooers could voluntarily set an advisory warning, further helping to keep adult or mature concepts away from younger and/or more sensitive viewers. I recently removed one of my ToonDoo comics, after deciding it was a bit too adult in nature. While it wasn't porn, i just felt it was too racy. When i show my toons on my blog site, i can be assured that the only people who see them, are age appropriate. Readers of those blog pages are subject to age verification, which is my second suggestion. I hope everyone does their part, but if they don't, I'd like to help police. Thanks for listening.     Hi,

    I hope you know that we have a "Safe Search" option, using which you can avoid being shown anything that the editor panel has found inappropriate.

    We are averse to bringing any fine-grainedness into this.

    I don't want to "split" inappropriate-ness into "vulgar", "explicit", "adult", "PG13", "racist", and so on and so forth.

    None of it is acceptable, for example, for my eight-year-old son to view.

    Thanks for volunteering to do policing. We will be getting in touch with you today, about how to help us do that.

    I don't how many toondooers are aware that there is already in place a way for you to share your private toons with fellow dooers. If you generate a toon you feel youngsters should not see then you can label it private and share the toon with those who you have asked if they would like to share mature subject material or any other subject as well. 

    We have a cool email connection on Toondoo as well to communicate privately. 

    I'm appreciative of the fine efforts of the Toondoo Team to keep toons clean without engaging in censorship. It must be a difficult walk to walk at times. 

    Congratulations on Toondoo and their actions on this matter of concern to all.
