Hi there,

Don't know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

When I go into Traitr and try and select one of my saved images to edit that appear along the bottom, nothing happens.

Is this a known problem or am I just being stupid and not doing something right?

Hi there!

There are two ways you can 'edit' a traitR.

1-You can use the bottom controls to resize, rotate, flip, change expressions and / posture

2-You can drag a saved traitR into the 'edit' button on the right and change any of your traitR's characteristics (face shape, color, hairstyle, eyes, mouth, nose etc)

Hi there,

Can't seem to be able to get a screen print, sorry.

Basically, I go into create Traitr, and along the bottom are the Traitr's I have previously created. In the past if I have wanted to edit any of them I have clicked on the edit or delete function that appears when you hovver over one of the Traitrs. This would then move it up into the main picture frame and I could edit away.

Now, nothing happens when I try to select either edit or delete. I can't seem to find to edit button that was mentioned above. Am I in the wrong screen for editing saved Traitrs?

Yes, that's a bug indeed.

Thanks for helping us find this one! We're working on fixing it now!

Meanwhile, here's another way to edit your saved traitRs:

-Click on the Create ToonDoo icon (three panelled strip icon on the top right, that reads 'Toondoo Maker' on mouseover)

-Once the Creator screen opens, go to 'My galleries', which is the last icon in the top row of galleries

-Select my traitRs and you'll see all your saved traitRs there

-Drag and drop any of your traitRs into the 'Edit' button on the right

-You can now edit and save your traitR. It will be saved as a new traitR in the same gallery

This bug has been fixed.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but, then, what else can we expect from these "traitrs"?
