    Hey Toondude!  ANYONE THERE????????????????

    I wrote to you on gmail, I posted in the forum and yet I get absolutely no response at all.  What is going on?

    I am having huge problems publishing toons to the point that I have not done a new toon for days now - and yet I can't seem to get anyone to take any notice of my problems.

    Are you so distracted by your new dudes and dudettes and new features that you are looking at that you don't take any notice any more of us little dooers?

    Help me get things fixed...

    Hi there,

    Please please don't say this!

    If we haven't responded to you, and seem busy, we are busy only with stuff that we are working on to ensure that you don't have to even write and complain about things to us in the first place! (Well, that sentence confused the hell out of me!!)

    Please don't say stuff like "new dudes and dudettes"!

    We welcome new users everyday to the fold, but our elite gang of prolific toondooers continue to be in our focus too.

    In a growing community such as this, our main focus is to be in self-sufficient auto-run mode, where the site takes care of itself, and we focus on building new features, appreciating wonderful people.

    The past week, we've had a spate of problems, mostly stemming from the very large traffic that's been coming our way.

    We've devised plans to handle this (and even tackle ten times more), and are in the midst of implementing them.

    That is the ONLY reason we've probably been slack in responding.

    Your interests and concerns are topmost in our mind.

    Here's pledging much faster responses from now on,

    I can only imagine what it takes to keep a site operating 24/7/365.

    When toondoo seems slow for me I write ideas down, I visit other sites of interest and I go out into the world to visit friends, family and neighbors. I usually end up gathering quite a collection of experiences to toon about.

    The factory where I worked for thirty years recently was torn down so I went over to the area with my digital camera and took pictures which I posted to flickr and also made a toon about here at toondoo.

    I've also used days when toondoo seemed slow for me to search the web for pictures that I might use in a toon.

    If you join Facebook you can post comments and ideas on my Toondoo Group when you find toondoo itself is running slow. At least you can connect up with some toondoo activity.

    One day toondoo will run without any interruption I'm sure. So enjoy being an early toondoo member, we'll look back on these days with sweet memories with stuff like, "I remember a day when Toondoo didn't have many features and ran slow sometimes".

    Thanks for the responses to my ranting!   This is the problem when you are addicted to toon doos...........

    I certainly do appreciate all the new stuff we are getting to play with and I am well aware of the increased activity happening on the site - it is just a pity is often loathsome creatures like 'komkomer' instead of people with something positive to contribute.

    Thanks, Sovereignjohn for the slap, contrary to what you might think I do also have a life that feeds my ideas for toons but I understand what you are saying.

    I will try to be more zen about it all from now on.......................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    dude im newer than you i dont got comments i complained and you said i suck i dont really care about toons anymore now that i came back because im trying to get better god!!!
