Out of Toon (Tune)!: My friend is trying to join, and the site isn't letting her!

ok, one of my friends wants to join, and evrytime she try's to, the thing says "e-mail already exists". But it can't already exist since she hasn't joined yet. other than if someone else joined using her e-mail, but then she'd get an e-mail saying that with the new password and stuff. any suggestions?

Okay, there is one reason that has come up again and again as the culprit, when new users try to login but are denied entry. It so happens that ToonDoo usernames are case-sensitive. So, if you tried registering yourself as ToonDude and tried logging in as toondude, you won't be let in, and worse, it would say your email address already exists...

If that is NOT the problem with your friend, ask her/him to write to me (toondude@toondoo.com) with your email address and preferred username. I will make sure a username is created and despatched asap.
