This is not the first time this has been a problem. The site is very slow and it will not save any changes.. delete any previous ones, view , I am really stuck. I got an email from you the other day that you noticed that I was having a problem and it should be okay now.. Well I am sorry to say it is not..Frown

I know how you feel, Webspin. I, too, am having the exact same problems recently. I've been continually trying to create a new comic strip, only to have them come up as broken images and links. Hopefully, they will fix this soon.

I'm also having this problem. I would really like to publish my comic strip soon. Everytime I try, I get broken images. The site is extremely slow as well.

    Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time to report these problems!

We value all your creative work on the site. We can’t and won’t lose any of it!

Meanwhile, here’s a quick tip that’ll definitely help:

If your toon does not get published or saved, remember NOT TO close the creator window, and rest assured that your toon will be safe and sound with us. It’s just taking some time for our publishing robot to catch up with it. You’ll find that it definitely will appear some time later within your ‘My toondoos’ page.

There could be some problems while using toondoo with the Safari browser. Other than that, toondoo should and will work with all web browsers.

And yes, we know you love this place and we simply love having you around as well!

We're aware that you’ve been facing some problems lately. In fact, we’ve been working day and night to find and fix all these bugs FOR GOOD! We will allow nothing and I repeat NOTHING, to come in the way of your toondoo experience!

Meanwhile, please do KEEP TOONDOOING and of course, let us know in case you notice anything else that’s unusual or hampering your toondoo experience!

    ToonDudette

P.S. Other than through the forums, you can also reach us anytime at toondude@toondoo.com OR toondudette@toondoo.com. Feel free to write in to us in case you’re experiencing problems or would like to give us suggestions!

I haven't really experienced any of these problems. I have however experienced some elements of my comic strips being shifted or cluttered together after i publish and view it. In the creator, the elements are where they're supposed to be. Has anyone else experienced this??

    Hi ragernox11,

This 'displacement' of objects in a toondoo usually occurs when there are too many overlapping objects.

If you could send us the screenshot / URL of your published toon alongwith the screenshot of how it looks in the creator, we'll be happy to find and fix the bugs that may have cropped in there!

Mine aren't saving, and my project is due tomorrow. I'll create them, they say that they're saved, and they don't show up in the "My toondoo" page.

    Hi sharonfroh,

Do check again now and you'll find that they're all there under your 'My toondoos' section. If this happens again, do remember to wait a while and they will appear there for sure.

Your toons are too precious for us to lose, but sometimes they may take a little more than the usual publishing time. Rest assured, they'll all be there eventually!

    Have fun toondooing!
